1. Your Bon Appetit App Subscription

1.1. By ordering the Bon Appetit App Subscription and paying any recurring monthly subscription fees (as set out in your order) to keep your Bon Appetit App active, you will be able to redeem your Bon Appetit App Subscription in White City to get 50% off the following hot drinks and hot beverages:
(i) a maximum of 3 hot drinks per day including herbal tea and barista coffee, every day, and (ii) a maximum of two breakfast rolls per day, everyday
(iii) a maximum of one breakfast meal (up to four items)(redeemable only one hour after any breakfast roll purchase) per day, everyday
(iv) a maximum of one lunch meal per day, everyday
The customer is eligible for up to 50% off a total sum of £25 per day and/or 50% off the items outlined in items (i) to (iv) subject to a fair usage policy.

This is subject to our opening hours and subject to availability of Eligible Products for each month of a valid Bon Appetit App Subscription. We reserve the right to change the number of Eligible Drinks per day and the products included in the 50% off discount from time to time.

1.2 In order to redeem your Bon Appetit App Subscription against an Eligible Product (as defined above), you will need to present your QR code to a member of staff to scan by our till. The QR code can only be used in White City by the purchaser. Your QR code will be refreshed regularly. We cannot accept paper copies or screenshots of your QR code and we cannot provide any Eligible Products without a valid QR code.

1.3. You should keep your QR code confidential, and you are not permitted to share it with any other person. It is your responsibility to ensure that nobody obtains unauthorised use of your QR code, and we won’t be held liable for any loss suffered by you (including any lost subscription perks) for any such unauthorised use of your QR code, unless it’s due to our fault or negligence. We are not obliged to issue a new QR code to you in the event you do not keep your QR code confidential. If we reasonably suspect that you are sharing your QR code in breach of these terms and conditions, we may suspend your account while we investigate. Investigations may take up to fourteen (14) days. If we find that you have breached these terms and conditions in a serious way, we may cancel your subscription with immediate effect and without refunding you for the remaining period of your subscription.

1.4. Your Bon Appetit App Subscription will renew automatically each month and will continue unless cancelled by you or us in accordance with these terms and conditions. Each subscription period is one calendar month, starting when you first subscribe.

1.5. Any Eligible Products redeemed using your Bon Appetit App Subscription must be for your personal consumption only.

1.6. Bon Appetit App Subscriptions cannot be exchanged for other goods or products.

1.7. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please consult our Allergen Information in the usual way before redeeming and enjoying any Bon Appetit products. We can’t guarantee any of our products will be suitable for those with allergies due to a high risk of cross contact. If you have any questions on our ingredients or produce, please do ask a member of staff.
