Established by Tony Manzi in 1969 with a single restaurant, Bon Appetit is now a leading food service provider in the UK.

By 1980 the company had grown to five highly successful restaurants and cafes in central London. A year later we were asked to open our first catering contract on a construction site Today, the day-to-day management of this £10m company is the responsibility of Tony Manzi’s two sons, Paul and Rob, with the support of more than 150 fully-trained and dedicated staff. Our company remains entirely privately owned so operational decision-making is swift. All staff are multi-skilled and they thrive on working for a company with such a can-do culture.

Bon Appetit is big enough to provide stunning restaurant facilities -serving outstanding food that is great value for money, but small enough for its owners to give direct input into your project.
